When You Make the Decisions,
AI Can Automate the Rest.
When you don't, it guesses. A spec is a set of decisions: who it is for, what is out of scope, what happens when it fails. AI can automate everything downstream of a decision, but it cannot make one for you. Wisary gets the decisions out of your head first, then hands the rest to your team and your AI.
What we believe
Generating a plausible document is the easy part. Any model can do it, and it will fill every gap with a confident guess. When your team or your coding AI builds from that document, the guesses ship as features. Wisary is built on a different division of labor: the AI's job is to make your thinking complete, not to think for you. The automation starts after that.
Ask before writing
The answers that make a spec build-ready are not in any model. They are in your team's heads: the constraints, the edge cases, the trade-offs already argued over in a meeting. Wisary starts from the context you already have, then interviews you for what is missing, ranked by how much it matters. The questions you did not think to answer are where rework comes from.
Suggest, never rewrite
Every AI suggestion lands as a reviewable diff with a one-line reason, and nothing changes until you approve it. Dismiss what does not apply and keep working while a review runs. You stay the author, and the document stays yours.
Every gap is a decision not yet made
A grade says a document is a six out of ten and leaves you guessing why. Insights links every unresolved gap to the section it lives in, so each one becomes an explicit decision or an explicit exclusion before anything is built from it. What to settle first stays your call.
The questions are the coaching
A senior PM's real value in a review is the questions they ask. Wisary asks them on every document, before the review, for every PM. Junior PMs learn what complete looks like by being asked, and product leaders get consistency without becoming the bottleneck.
Write for two readers
A finished spec now has two audiences: the engineers who read it and the coding AI that executes it literally. People push back on a vague requirement. Agents build it. The same discipline that makes a document clear for your team makes it safe to hand to your AI.
