Wisary

Notion Integration for Product Teams

Connect Wisary to Notion to move work between the two without copy-paste: export finished documents to Notion as clean pages, and pull Notion pages in as context for the documents Wisary helps you write. Notion is available in the Wisary web app.

Export your documents straight to Notion

From a document's Preview, send the finished document to Notion as a new page. A searchable location picker lets you choose any destination in your connected workspace, or the workspace root, and Wisary recreates the document's structure, headings, and tables in Notion. When it's done, open the new page in Notion in one click, and unlink or re-export to a fresh page whenever you need to.

Bring Notion pages in as living context

Add Context lets you pull a Notion page you've shared with Wisary into a document straight from Notion. Wisary captures a snapshot of the page, including its headings and tables, and uses that stored snapshot when it drafts and reviews—so generation stays fast and consistent, and teammates who don't have access to the original page can still work from the snapshot. When the Notion page changes, the context chip flags it as out of date and a single Sync now refreshes the snapshot.

Linked parents flow into every child document

When you create a document from a parent that is linked to a Notion page, the parent's Notion content comes along automatically as a context snapshot. The parent keeps its external-link icon in the project so anyone with access can open the Notion page, and child documents draft from the latest snapshot and keep working even if the parent is later unlinked from Notion, so downstream work never breaks when an upstream link changes.

Connect once, stay in control

Connect Notion right where you need it—the first time you export a document or add a Notion page as context, Wisary walks you through authorizing the workspace and then picks up exactly where you left off. The Integrations page is where you manage that connection afterward, showing your connected workspace with Reconnect and Disconnect close at hand. Wisary checks connection health at the moments that rely on it and, if access ever expires or is revoked, guides you back with clear, specific messages, then drops you right back where you were. Disconnecting revokes Wisary's access to your Notion workspace, and documents that are already linked stay openable in Wisary.

No. When you import a Notion page as context, or save a document whose parent is linked to Notion, Wisary stores a snapshot of the page content. Drafting and review use that stored snapshot, so generation is fast and consistent. Wisary flags a page as out of date when it has changed, and refreshes the snapshot when you sync or save.
