Invite Your Team To Collaborate in Wisary
Wisary is designed to support product work across PMs, engineers, and stakeholders. You can subscribe to a team plan and invite teammates so everyone can collaborate in a shared workspace.
Team plans unlock shared context, consistent requirements, and alignment, ensuring that decisions, assumptions, and updates don’t live in silos but evolve together as the product does.
1. Create Your Organization
Open the organization switcher in the header and choose Create organization. Give it a name. Everything created inside it belongs to the team rather than to one person.
2. Invite Teammates and Set Roles
From Manage organization, invite teammates by email and set each one's role. Admins manage the organization, its subscription, and its document templates; members create and collaborate on documents.
3. They Join From Their Own Account
Your teammate sees the invitation on their own organization switcher, joins with one click, and switches into the shared workspace.
4. Everyone Works in the Same Workspace
Projects and documents created in the organization are visible to the whole team, so context, decisions, and requirements live in one place instead of scattered across personal workspaces.
